Courage My Love

Courage My Love is Annie Gallup — fully developed. Not a wasted word, not a misplaced image. City tenement to circus tent, Annie's poetry is a series of eerie photographs — moving from wide angle panorama to cellular detail with the ease and grace of a dancer.

Fusing elements of spoken word and poetry with sharp, catchy melodies and a trademarked delivery, Annie has created her own musical sub-genre. Adding to this are innovative accompaniment by such well-known musicians as Michael Visceglia (Suzanne Vega), Denny McDermott (Steely Dan), and David Hamburger (5 Chinese Brothers) among others.
